Per 2023 inspection: Staff had received relevant and good quality training in evidence-based practice including positive behaviour support, human rights, and safeguarding; newer report notes regular training on non-restrictive techniques and medicines competency checks.

The registered manager took swift action to address concerns raised during the assessment, implemented improvements, and staff felt supported with an open door policy.
