Relatives told us there were enough staff to support people and the staff team was stable. They confirmed when needed extra staff were deployed to keep people safe. Staff thought there were enough staff, and they were able to take people out to do activities when they wanted.

Staff received training appropriate to their role and told us they were supported by the management team. Staff completed training appropriate to their role and they received supervision to discuss their training needs.

There are effective systems in place to monitor the quality of the service and the provider visited the service regularly. Staff told us they were supported to speak up about any concerns they may have, and these would be acted on.
