Many care staff are missing dementia training and training for handling behaviours.

15 of the 29 care staff did not have training in dementia and only nine staff had training in safely supporting people whose behaviour posed a risk.

Issues storing and giving medicines right, plus gaps checking risks like weight loss or bedrails.

There were several inconsistencies in the storage, recording and administration of medicines... records did not evidence they had been offered enough to eat or drink. The risk of people using bedrails had not been fully assessed.

Staffing is adequate but mornings and nights can feel stretched according to staff.

Staff raised some concerns about staffing levels at night time and in the morning.
