Working at Manor Park Nursing Home

People received their medicines safely... Stock checks on medicines were carried out regularly by the nurses, we found a discrepancy in the stock of one medicine.

Staff told us morale had improved and it was currently good and they worked well together as a team. One staff member told us, 'We get on very well and mostly we are a happy team.'

There were enough staff available to meet people's needs and keep them safe. Staff told us there were enough staff and staffing had improved. One staff member told us, 'Now we have enough staff. It's very good now.'

Staff commented positively about the registered managers and overall management of the service. One staff member told us, 'They [Managers] listen to everyone, they are very good.'

The service was in the process of reintroducing the 'Butterfly Approach' to supporting people living with dementia.
