Working at Manor Croft

Medicines records did not always contain enough detail. For example, when there was an option to give 1 or 2 tablets it was not always recorded how many had been given and at what time. There was no evidence of harm to people.

Staff were happy within their role and spoke positively about the manager. Staff told us, "I am happy in my work, I love the residents," "I am happy. There have been positive changes" and "I absolutely love working here. Everyone is supportive, the residents are lovely, and the manager is good."

There were enough staff to meet people's needs. Feedback included, "They have enough staff" and "They have more permanent staff now and they have settled right in."

Staff had the necessary training, skills and experience to care for people effectively. Systems and processes were in place to induct and train staff.
