Medicines were mostly managed safely... There was no clear guidance for medicines prescribed ‘as required’ (PRN) and no medicine reference information for staff to consult.
Staff spoke positively about how they worked as a team and were supported. Comments included, “We are, like an extended family, (registered manager) has made it better. Everyone gets on.”

The registered manager was very active at the home, working alongside staff. They were very open during our visit and demonstrated an ethos of wanting to learn and continuously improve.
