We were assured that the provider was preventing visitors from catching and spreading infections... using PPE effectively and safely... responding effectively to risks and signs of infection.
Staff morale had been low but there were regular staff meetings and management had ensured that all staff attended a recent supervision meeting. Staff told us support had greatly improved.
