No activities coordinator, so mostly routine personal care with basic games like bingo done by care staff in spare time.

The service did not have an activities person. Staff confirmed they were responsible for providing activities in between their caring responsibilities.

Training covers the basics but has gaps in key areas like first aid and end of life care.

We noted staff had not completed recent training with regards to first aid, health and safety and end of life care training.

Accident records and medication processes still need improvements for full reliability.

Further analysis was needed to ensure appropriate action was taken to keep people safe... medicine management processes needed to be further developed in accordance with current recognised guidance.
