The service cared about and promoted the wellbeing of their staff and staff mostly told us they felt supported and enjoyed their roles.
We observed plenty of care staff on shift, including when we commenced our assessment with an unannounced out-of-hours visit. The registered manager advised they employed a high number of staff to ensure shifts were adequately covered.
