Staff feedback was positive about the atmosphere of the service, and the team morale. One staff member told us, “If one suite is having a bad day, everyone pulls in to help, there is a family feel.”
We spoke with 10 staff during our assessment, and 8 of the staff raised concerns about staffing levels, however, were clear they did not let this impact people’s basic care needs.
Staff received robust training in a wide range of topics, to ensure they were competent to be able to meet people’s needs.
