The service had effective systems in place to protect people from abuse. Peoples medicines were managed safely. Staff responsible had the necessary skills to administer medicines.

There was a positive culture within the staff team and staff told us they felt supported by the management team. A staff member told us, "[Managers name] is so supportive and always available."

There were sufficient numbers of staff employed and on duty to meet people's assessed needs. Staff told us, "Staffing is good. We work well as a team and support any gaps."

Staff told us that they had received the training they needed to meet people's needs safely and effectively. The registered manager and administrator maintained oversight of training.

Staff told us they felt supported by senior staff and the registered manager. A staff member told us, "We are really well supported, and the office door is always open for us."
