A staff member said, “Training is pretty good, if I needed more I would ask, but feel I have everything I need to do my job.”

Activities include crafts, singing, yoga and outings with a dedicated coordinator, but still developing and no innovative programmes.

There was a range of activities available for people. This was being further developed. Relatives said, “There’s a new activities person... crafts or singing... weekly yoga.”
