Medicines were safely managed. We found some documentation omissions where the service did not always follow best practice guidance... The registered manager provided evidence to us after our inspection which demonstrated these matters were rectified.
A staff member stated, 'I feel like everyone gets on with everyone else, everyone works well together. The staff know what we are doing. We will deliver what we need to deliver as a team.'

A variety of activities occurred throughout the year, including a summer ball, visits to theme parks and other local attractions. The service also participated in a community sports day tailored specifically for the needs of people with learning disabilities.
