Staff spoke positively about working at the service. There were good working relationships among the team, and they felt supported by the manager. A member of staff told us, 'My manager is very welcoming and a good listener.'
There were sufficient staff to provide care and support to people promptly and attentively. The provider ensured staff were recruited safely and sufficient staff were deployed to meet people's needs.
Mandatory training was up to date and staff had received regular supervision from senior staff. Staff had received appropriate training and supervision.

People and relatives told us they felt the provision of activities was limited. One person said, 'There isn't a great deal to do. Most days we are just sat in rows like this.' A relative commented, 'since she left they hardly do anything now.'
