Staff told us they were very happy in their roles... Staff said, “We get regular supervisions and feel very supported we work well as a team I can talk openly and in confidence and feel listened to.”

there were sufficient staff to meet people’s care and support needs... People told us there were, predominantly, enough staff on duty... occasionally they can be short, but it seems to be better lately.

staff received training and support to maintain good quality care... One staff member said, “I had a very good induction, we are very well supported.” Some staff said they would benefit from some specific training in managing behaviours that could challenge.

The registered manager had the skills, knowledge and experience to lead effectively; they did so with openness and honesty. The service had a good learning culture and people could raise concerns.
