Medicines were managed in a safe way. Staff had the appropriate training and competency to support people with their medicines. Protocols for medication taken on an 'as required basis' needed some additional information added and this was actioned by the registered manager during the inspection.
A staff member told us, 'It has been a tough time with the pandemic but I feel there is so much support and energy to get things right for people. I think there is such a commitment from the organisation and I see improvements all the time, it's a really positive place to work.'
