People’s risks were managed well... however we found that the checks taking place to evidence safety were not well recorded. The registered manager worked quickly to address this.
Staff told us they were proud to work at the service and that it felt like a big family. One staff member said, “I’m really proud of our home. I feel we do a good job.”
