The service had suitable safeguarding systems in place... Risk assessment procedures were satisfactory... The medicines system was managed effectively. The system was well organised, we did not find any errors.
The team worked well together and had the shared goal of providing a good service... Staff said, 'There is no conflict. Everyone gets on well. Staff are supportive. They will always help out if shifts need covering. It is like a little family.'
