Staff and leaders to be alert to safe guarding concerns. They demonstrated a good understanding of risk and safety related policy... learning took place when things went wrong.

Staff told us they felt able to raise concerns openly and that they were listened to when they did... Staff told us they felt part of a team at Lennox House.

Staff numbers were sufficient to provide safe care... One staff member told us the team could use some additional team members.

Staff were well trained to perform their roles safely... Staff receive relevant training and are supported to progress their careers where desired.

The care home was well led by the registered manager who showed good oversight of the service and was well supported by senior management.

There were a variety of activities on offer which reflect the interests and needs of people who live at Lennox House. We observed people being well engaged in activities.
