Staff felt respected, supported and valued by senior staff which supported a positive and improvement-driven culture. Staff were complimentary regarding how their views were sought and action taken as a result

A staff member said, 'We have lots of permanent staff as well part time and bank. We don't use agency staff. There are enough staff on to make sure people can go out.' We reviewed the staff rotas for four weeks and found there were sufficient numbers of staff at all times
