No permanent manager in post yet.

There was a new manager who was in the process of registering with CQC.

Medication errors like wrong timings, missing allergies, and poor fridge monitoring.

Medicines records did not always demonstrate people received their medicines safely... medicines fridges were not being safely monitored as maximum and minimum temperatures were not being recorded.

Staffing is adequate but relies on some agency workers who one relative said seem less engaged.

Previous rotas demonstrated a high level of agency workers had been utilised during the night... One relative we spoke with also said “Agency staff seem less engaged.”
