Staffing is adequate to meet needs but nothing special like long team tenure or no agency use.

Per 2019: Staff we spoke with told us there were enough staff working with them. They told us they worked well together to ensure people's care and support needs were met, and had time to spend with people on a one to one basis

Only standard required training with some parts not relevant to residents here.

Per 2019: A training record demonstrating that 93% of mandatory training had been completed. Although staff told us their training provided them with skills and knowledge to support people, they said that some of the training they received was not always relevant to the people they supported.

Activities run by a coordinator include exercise, teas and outings but no specialist or innovative programmes.

Per 2019: The service employed activity coordinators who arranged activities which were enjoyable and encouraged and trips out either in groups or on a one to one basis.
