Medicines were now managed and administered safely. Accidents and incidents were analysed for lessons learnt and these were shared with the staff team to reduce further reoccurrence.

The registered manager was passionate about providing exceptional care to people and in driving improvements in the home. There was an open and transparent culture, and the staff team worked very well with each other.
Daily social activities were available which people enjoyed... virtual cruise... royal wedding celebrations... staff rehearsing pantomime... links with schools and students.
