People were not always safeguarded from the potential risk of abuse... the service failed to make a safeguarding alert and notification to us at the time.
We received mixed feedback from staff on the culture of the service. Some staff felt able to raise issues and these were addressed. Whilst other staff felt their concerns were ignored, not acted on.
People, relatives, and staff told us the staffing levels were not always sufficient, and people gave examples where it impacted, the time they got up and went to bed.
Staff felt suitably trained and had their competencies assessed for tasks they were involved with.

On review of the person’s repositioning charts, we found they were not consistently repositioned at the frequency outlined... The falls risk assessment was not updated to reflect the increase in falls.
Leadership mixed, with some staff feeling ignored when raising concerns about staffing and other issues.
Other staff told us that their concerns about staffing levels were not listened too. A staff member commented, 'Staff has repeatedly tried to contact the new management regarding multiple issues. However, they do not respond to calls, messages or emails'
