We identified some medicines due to be returned were not always stored in the most effective way... Records reviewed identified improvements were required with how MCA assessments... were made.

Staff were positive about the ongoing training... 'Training is good and supportive. Training is up to date... additional training in dementia care and emotional needs.'

Staff were clear about their roles... 'I'm very pleased with the new manager, very approachable, supportive, well experienced and gives clear guidance.'

The wellbeing activity coordinator told us how people’s interests... were taken into account in the development of the varied activity and well-being programme provided.
