Systems were in place to manage safeguarding incidents and staff were trained in safeguarding people from abuse.

Staff completed an induction and received supervision and an annual check of their performance.

Staff members found the registered manager supportive and approachable. There were systems in place for staff members to make their views and opinions known and staff felt their input was valued.
