Safeguarding procedures were in place... Staff knew how to recognise concerns and report them appropriately. Incidents that occurred within the home, were recorded, and discussed to prevent reoccurrence.

There were enough staff on duty. People and their relatives told us although staff were extremely busy at times during the day, they did not think there was a shortage.

Staff told us they felt supported fully by the management team and received all the training to be able to carry out their role effectively. Formal supervisions were in the process of being improved.

People, their relatives and staff were complimentary about the leadership of the home. The manager had the right knowledge, skills, and experience to lead the team. They were respected and highly thought of by people, relatives and staff.

People had access to a wide range of activities and were encouraged to spend time with loved ones. Relatives... complimentary about... the variety of activities... I like the singers from the school.
