A member of staff told us, 'Staff morale is good. We are all together, this is a home and we are a family. We treat each other with respect...' Staff felt valued and supported.

There were sufficient numbers of staff... A member of staff told us, 'We don't use agency staff as people need support from people who know them well. We are flexible in how we work...'

Staff received a range of training opportunities including supporting people with a learning disability, autism and positive behaviour support... regular supervision and appraisal... promoted professional development.

A relative told us, 'The home is well managed, I know the registered manager and he is supportive.' Staff said, 'The manager is very respectful, he is a fantastic manager. He is open and values our contribution.'
