The service had 5 managers since July 2024. An interim manager was in place at the time of the site visit.

The service had an activity planner in place, and we observed some activities throughout our visit. However, one morning activity appeared to involve a member of staff tapping a balloon around the room for people to tap back. The activity did not seem to be engaging
