Medicines were managed safely overall... We saw a prescribed 'as required' medicine did not have appropriate administration protocols in place. However, the medicine had never been administered and the provider put the correct protocol in place during the inspection.
Staff were happy working at the service and were positive about how it was managed... Staff said they felt supported and told us '[Managers] do hear me out if something has happened. I tell them and they do take it on board.'
