Staff had received the necessary training to enable them to recognise and take action to protect people from abuse... Regular audits were carried out to check that medicines were being managed in the right way and action taken to address any issues.
One new staff member described how they had the opportunity to work with and shadow staff whilst getting to know people whilst competing their induction training. They told us, 'I feel really well supported and enjoy coming to work.'
