Not enough staff on duty even with agency cover, so care workers are stretched and cannot always help people with daily washes or respond quickly to call bells.

No registered manager in post yet, even with a new manager just starting who has not applied to register.

At the time of our inspection there was not a registered manager in post. A new manager had been in post for three weeks. They had not submitted an application to register at the time of this inspection.

No activities coordinator during inspection and staff lacked time for meaningful activities, so the role stays mostly routine personal care.

Per 2022 comprehensive inspection: There was a vacancy for an activity coordinator. Staff told us they did not always have time to provide meaningful activities for people.
