We found some missing risk assessments on the first day of our inspection however the registered manager completed these documents and updated staff before we returned for the second day.
Comments from staff included, "Supportive, approachable," "Helpful and friendly. Helps sorts issues out" and "Manager is very supportive."
There were enough staff on duty each shift to safely support people. Staff rotas confirmed this and during our inspection we saw staff responding to people's needs and requests.
Staff had received training in medicines, and we saw that regular refresher training had been provided. Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: There was a training program which included moving and handling, infection control, dementia and safeguarding.
