People and relatives spoke positively about the caring nature of the staff team. One staff member told us; 'It's a really good team.'

Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: 'We do all mandatory training. I have done my NVQ level 2 and they have just supported me to go on a three-day first aid course.' Records confirmed staff received regular supervision and appraisal.

One staff member told us; 'I have never seen owners and managers who are so on the ball and heavily involved. They always support us on the floor, they are visible all the time. It's a really good team.'

Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: dedicated activities coordinator whose hours increased, developed social activities, activities committee, outings, events, local schools and churches.
