Staff had received training in how to safeguard people from abuse and where concerns had been raised they had been acted on and responded to appropriately. People were supported to receive their medication as prescribed by their GP.
Staff told us they felt supported by the manager and their colleagues and enjoyed working at the service. One member of staff told us, 'It's really easy to get support from [manager's name] she's really hands on.'
