Individual risk assessments had been completed with people... Staff reported incidents and accidents which were reviewed by the management team. They had acted to reduce the risk of this happening again.

People said there was a positive culture in the home which was friendly, and everyone got on well. Staff told us team work was very good.

People told us there was always enough staff to support them. Staff told us staffing levels enabled them to spend quality time with people and support them in developing their skills and independence.

There was a training plan in place which reflected staff received training to meet the individual needs of people who lived at the home. Staff had also achieved professional recognised qualifications to support them in their role.

People who lived at the home said they felt supported by the registered manager and staff team and felt they could raise any issue with confidence. One person said, 'They are all very good; I feel I can say anything'.
