People were not routinely supported by staff who ensured robust medicine management... still in breach of regulation 12... Medicines were not always stored at the appropriate temperature.
We received positive feedback from people, their relatives, staff and external healthcare professionals. All agreed the home had improved since the last inspection.
Staffing rotas were in place to ensure there were sufficient staff to meet people's needs. We saw there were enough staff to support people in a timely manner.
