No permanent manager in charge, owner managing in the meantime.

At the time of our inspection there was not a registered manager in post. The previous manager had left before registering with the Care Quality Commission.

Some risk assessments have gaps or conflicting details about mobility and equipment.

We identified gaps and contradictory information within some people's risk assessments and care files. This included information relating to people's mobility needs and use of equipment.

No checks for patterns in falls and accidents to learn from them.

We saw no evidence analysis had been completed to look for trends and consider any learning from these.
