Staff continued to have a good understanding of safeguarding... Medicines management continued to be safe. Staff had a flexible approach to positive risk management... Lessons were learned when things went wrong.

A member of staff told us, 'We are a good team and support each other to look after people well. It is a really nice working environment.'

A member of staff told us, 'I feel very supported by the manager, she is very open and she is always there, the door is always open.' The registered manager worked shifts alongside staff.

People had access to an extensive and wide variety of activities... examples include Orient Express birthday trip, chocolate making class at home, football league, line dancing, Morris dancing events, indoor skydiving goal.
