There was a warm, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere at the service. Staff told us they enjoyed working at the home and that they felt supported. There were enough suitably trained staff to safely meet people's needs. Staff said staffing levels were good and that care and support was not rushed. However, there was not always a registered nurse on duty one night a week.
