People had risks to them regularly assessed, reviewed and minimised... Any safeguarding concerns, accidents, and incidents were reported, investigated and recorded, appropriately. Medicines were safely administered, regularly audited... no recording errors or omissions found.
Staff gave us positive feedback regarding the manager's leadership style... A staff member said, 'I really love it here, I have great confidence in the managers. I can speak to them about any concerns and they really listen.' Another staff member added, 'The managers are very supportive.'
