There were effective systems and processes in place to minimise risks to people. The assessments provided information about how to support people to ensure risks were reduced. Positive behaviour support plans included risk assessments that detailed known triggers, early warning signs and de-escalation methods to be used.

Staff told us they felt respected, supported and valued by senior staff which supported a positive and improvement-driven culture.

Staff spoke highly of the training available and to opportunities to develop their career in more senior roles. One staff told us, 'I started as a trainee support worker with little experience of working with autistic people and three years later I was appointed to a senior support worker. This is due to the training I received and support from the manager.'
