Staff had received safeguarding training, and this was updated annually as a refresher. Staff told us they received all the training required to carry out their role effectively.

Staffing is adequate and planned with a dependency tool, but nothing special like staff saying workloads allow unhurried care.

There were enough staff on duty. A relative said, “There are enough staff on to manage the home and give the level of care required.”
