No activities programme yet, so the role is mostly routine personal care like helping with meals and daily choices.

The registered manager shared with us several ideas of how they wanted to improve people’s experience, these included introducing new activities both inside and outside of the home, however, time was needed for these newly introduced practices to bring about the required improvements.

Some assaults between residents were not reported to outside agencies properly.

We reviewed 2 incidents where people had been assaulted by another person living in the home had not been notified appropriately.

Managers had not spotted some safety problems like accident reviews before the inspection.

Prior to this inspection leaders had not independently identified and acted on concerns we found during this inspection.
