"Staff feel supported by management and enjoy their work, but poor activities leave residents bored and medicines are not managed safely."
People's medicines were not always managed safely... we found multiple discrepancies with the stock of medicines... medicine trolleys which had broken locks... plastic re-usable medicine pots were visibly dirty.

There were enough care staff to meet people's needs, however more staff were needed to work in the kitchen and laundry.
Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: Staff received regular supervision and new staff received a comprehensive induction and shadowing period.
The service did not have a manager registered with the Care Quality Commission. However new manager had been appointed who told us they will submit appropriate application to become registered with CQC. Provider oversight failed to identify medicine issues.
