Some gaps in medication records and missing plans for when to give extra meds.

Per 2020 comprehensive inspection: 'as required' medicines protocols for three creams and one medicine were not in place for one person. Topical creams were usually recorded as administered, however there were gaps in the recording for two people.

Staffing is adequate but nothing special, staff report stretched at times with agency for sickness cover.

Per 2020 comprehensive inspection: Feedback about whether there were sufficient staff on duty was mixed. Care staff told us there were not enough staff to meet people's needs in a timely manner. Occasionally last-minute staff sickness meant agency staff were not able to be sourced.

Only standard mandatory training, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

Staff had completed relevant training required for their role. Staff received appropriate training and support required for their role.
