The provider was in breach of legal regulation in relation to safe care and treatment. Risks to people’s safety were not well managed.
We received mixed feedback about how well the provider promoted the wellbeing of their staff. Whilst some staff felt well supported, others told us they did not always feel their feedback was addressed and this meant they did not feel valued.
People told us there were enough staff available to meet their needs. People and their relatives said there was a consistent staff team in place and they knew staff well. During the inspection we observed sufficient staff were available to provide support.
Staff had received appropriate training relevant to their role. Staff told us they were able to request any additional training they required to fulfil their role.
