Risk was well managed... Medicines were stored safely and were locked away when unattended... Lessons were learned and improvements made whenever things went wrong; for example, minor omissions in routine record keeping.
Staff also confirmed that there continued to be a positive culture that inspired teamwork. The effort and contribution each staff member made towards providing people with the care they needed was recognised and valued by the senior staff and registered manager.
