People received their medicines safely but there had been 30 medicine errors in the last 12 months, mostly failure to sign the MAR sheet. Gaps were noted in the current month's records despite assurances medicines were given.

People had opportunities to take part in activities in both the home and the local community. Some people regularly attended an arts and crafts club held locally and a cycling club for people with learning disabilities. There was a weekly social club.
