The provider had systems to protect people from abuse and avoidable harm. Staff managed people's medicines safely, in line with national guidance. Risks to people's health and wellbeing were managed safely and effectively.
Staff too felt the service had improved under the regional support manager and deputy manager. One told us, 'There have been improvements. It's more organised, staff are clearer about their roles.'
